Hi Again !!

This is my other video of having nocturnal seizures in the middle of the night.
Before having seizures, usually, I will feel dizzy and sick. 
Everyone has different symptoms with another, so try to find out what yours is. 
This is really useful as it can help you to prevent the worst case by informing your friend, partner, or family.
Don't be ashamed! (like I used to)
