Flax seeds
Flax seeds are excessive in fiber and fats, and their fitness benefits are well-known. Flax seeds, in particular, may also decrease blood sugar levels. In a study of 57 patients with type 2 diabetes over eight weeks, those who ingested 200 grammes of 2.5 percent fat yogurt with 30 grammes of flax seeds per day had significantly lower HbA1c levels than those who ingested plain yogurt.
