Imagine a sprawling villa set against a picturesque landscape. The architecture of the villa is distinctly Mediterranean, characterized by stucco walls, pastel colors, and rustic wooden doors and windows. It's a two-story building, with balconies adorned with potted plants. The green lawns around the villa are meticulously maintained, sprinkled with ornamental shrubs and trees. Towards one side, an infinity pool steals the show. The pool's edge seamlessly blends with the distant horizon, creating an optical illusion of the water extending into the infinite. A row of comfortable sun loungers is aligned next to the pool, inviting relaxation under the clear blue sky.
A quaint two-story villa stands nestled amidst a verdant meadow. Surrounded by a perfectly manicured lawn, the house has the charm of rustic architecture, complete with red brick outer walls, wooden beams, and a tiled roof. Large arched windows line the front of the villa, offering glimpses of the cozy interior. A stone pathway meanders from the gate towards the front door, cutting through a riotous specter of color from the flower beds bordering it. To one side, an old oak tree stands guard, its leafy branches creating a canopy overhead.
Located in Villandry in central France, this Chateau is known for its spectacularly manicured gardens. The chateau was purchased in 1906 by Joachim Carvallo who spent a large amount of time curating the extravagant gardens.
These gardens were established between 1931 and 1940 when a new owner completely transformed the gardens of Villa Taranto to make them the floral oasis they are today.
