Song Sparrow Beautiful Bird
Bongsong · 9 months ago · Tips
They are grey-brown in color and have sharp lips. Although they are not seen in our country, they are easily seen in America and Canada. They have adapted themselves to the environment where they live. Their size and singing ability depends on the climate of the region. In spring and summer the male birds sing and fly from branch to branch. Thus they attract female birds for mating. Male and female birds look for nests where they can live together.

Fox Sparrow
Bongsong · 9 months ago · Tips
The name may suggest that they are related to foxes. But in reality it is nothing like that. There is a type of fox that looks like a combination of red and orange. They are so named because they resemble the skin color of the fox. Most sparrows look the same and there is not much variation. However, there are some species of sparrows that are slightly colorful. This color variation is found in the North American region. Although they are supposed to live in thickets or forests, they can be seen around bird nests or feeders near people.
Swamp Sparrow
Bongsong · 9 months ago · Tips
They are found across the eastern two-thirds of North America. They travel from their breeding grounds as far away as Canada during the summer. In winter they are found again in their native places ie America and Mexico. A swamp forest is a forest that has water and damp areas. Sylhet division has such swamp forest. Swamp sparrows live in damp places and hide behind bushes and trees. However, they have longer legs than other sparrows. Like Swamp Forest, Sundarbans is the mangrove forest of the world.
White-Throated Sparrow
Bongsong · 9 months ago · Tips
They are more common in winter and look like other common sparrows. Although they are commonly seen in winter, they actually come from Canada. Visitor birds visit throughout the year. They can be easily distinguished because their beak and body color is slightly different from other birds. Their full face pattern and white striped plumage make them stand out.

Rock sparrow (Bird)
Ashik · 9 months ago
The rock sparrow or rock petronia (Petronia petronia) is a small passerine bird in the sparrow family Passeridae. It is the only member of the genus Petronia. It breeds on barren rocky hills from the Iberian Peninsula and western north Africa across southern Europe and through the Palearctic Siberia and north and central China. It is largely resident in the west of its range, but Asian birds migrate to more southerly areas, or move down the mountains.
House sparrow (Bird)
Ashik · 9 months ago
The house sparrow (Passer domesticus) is a bird of the sparrow family Passeridae, found in most parts of the world. It is a small bird that has a typical length of 16 cm (6.3 in) and a mass of 24–39.5 g (0.85–1.39 oz). Females and young birds are coloured pale brown and grey, and males have brighter black, white, and brown markings. One of about 25 species in the genus Passer, the house sparrow is native to most of Europe, the Mediterranean Basin, and a large part of Asia. Its intentional or accidental introductions to many regions, including parts of Australasia, Africa, and the Americas, make it the most widely distributed wild bird.
Old World sparrow (Bird)
Ashik · 9 months ago
Old World sparrows are a group of small passerine birds forming the family Passeridae. They are also known as true sparrows, a name also used for a particular genus of the family, Passer.[1] They are distinct from both the New World sparrows, in the family Passerellidae, and from a few other birds sharing their name, such as the Java sparrow of the family Estrildidae. Many species nest on buildings and the house and Eurasian tree sparrows, in particular, inhabit cities in large numbers. They are primarily seed-eaters, though they also consume small insects. Some species scavenge for food around cities and, like pigeons or gulls, will eat small quantities of a diversity of items.
